Joe Persico, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Seton Hall University in addition to his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. Joe joined the JAG team in the fall of 2007 as an Aide and has worked hard to join the clinical staff as a physical therapist and now a Clinical Director of Rehabilitation for JAG Physical Therapy in Union, NJ. He is TPI certified (Titleist Performance Institute) for golf fitness instruction and has aspirations to become certified in manual therapy, as well as, studying to become certified specialist in orthopedics.

Golf is one of the most social sports ever invented. With that in mind, we developed a unique and exciting half-day golf clinic for women who want to learn the basics or take their game to a new level, all while having a bit of fun in the process. Our goal is to give women the confidence and courage to say yes the next time they are invited to play golf. What makes this event even more special is that you will have the opportunity to learn from actual LPGA Tour Pros.

The clinic is suited for golfers of all skill levels.

We are excited to introduce The PGA Junior League to Anchor Golf Center. The PGA Junior Golf League is a fun, social and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 13 and under to learn and enjoy the game of golf. Much like other recreational league sports (think “Little League” for golf), participants wear numbered jerseys and play on a team with their peers.

Our team at A.G.C. is Captained by PGA Professional, Mark Yannotta and assistant Captain, PGA Professional, Jonathan Corriere. They will serve as coaches and are on the for front of of creating a welcoming environment for all to enjoy this great game. PGA Junior League utilizes the scramble format that creates a nurturing environment to learn and develop both on and off the course.

We will be having a PGA Junior League Open House this Saturday from 12pm to 2pm to answer any questions. Stop on by and check it out!

PGA JL Participants Receive:

Team Jerseys, golf balls and a PGA JL bag tag. 5-6 regular season competitions plus regularly scheduled practice/coaching sessions. Opportunity for advancement to the post season and to compete on an “all-star” team.

‪#‎GSBF2015‬ will feature over 200 brews, including a Tri-State tent featuring brews from NY/NJ/PA, a National Craft tent and a lively Oktoberfest tent. Local food trucks, vendors, live music, and activities will add to the day.
